Key Responsibilities:

- Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair work, liaising with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Inventory Management: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure availability.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing necessary improvements.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the facility’s budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of in-house events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, managing records, and assisting with office logistics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
