Join Oakter as an HR Executive and play a key role in managing workforce records, onboarding, attendance, and contractor coordination at our Alwar facility

Location: Alwar, Rajasthan

Department: Human Resources

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

1 Labour & Contractor Management

  • Coordinate with labour contractors for manpower planning and deployment.
  • Maintain contractor attendance and compliance records.
  • Verify contractor bills and ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Ensure statutory compliance under CLRA, Factories Act, and related labour laws.

2 Employee Relations & Negotiation

  • Address employee queries and grievances effectively.
  • Support employee counselling and disciplinary actions when required.
  • Foster a healthy and transparent work environment.

3 Compliance & Statutory Management

  • Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
  • Maintain compliance registers and documentation for audits.
  • Coordinate with consultants and agencies for statutory matters.

4 Payroll & HR Operations

  • Manage payroll through platforms such as Keka, Savior, and Time Office.
  • Ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions, and overtime payments.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records; prepare salary slips monthly.

5 Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Maintain employee and worker records in Excel and HR systems.
  • Support onboarding, document management, and HR reporting (MIS).
  • Assist in audits, compliance reviews, and manpower analysis.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
  • Experience in managing workers and contractors (preferred).
  • Proactive, organized, and team-oriented mindset.
