Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Naturalist located in Alwar. The Naturalist will be responsible for leading wildlife and nature-related activities, educating guests on environmental and ecological topics, conducting research to enhance guest experiences and conservation efforts, and collaborating with teams to develop nature-based programs. Day-to-day tasks include guiding nature walks, delivering insightful presentations, and supporting wildlife conservation projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Wildlife and experience in conducting fieldwork or ecological studies
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively impart environmental education and interact with diverse audiences
• Experience in Environmental Education and developing engaging educational programs
• Proficiency in Project Management to organize and execute nature-based initiatives
• Ability to perform Research and stay updated on the latest conservation practices
• Passion for sustainability and commitment to wildlife conservation
• Previous experience with national parks, nature reserves, or eco-tourism initiatives is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Wildlife Studies, Ecology, or a related field is preferred
