**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding room bookings, banquet services, and facilities.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed reservations.
- Provide accurate information on tariffs, availability, and packages.
- Maintain call records and update the reservation system regularly.
- Follow up with prospective clients and assist the sales team in lead generation.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication.
- Coordinate with the front office, sales, and F&B departments to confirm bookings.
- Handle guest complaints or escalate them to the concerned authority for resolution.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and booking targets as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service (hospitality experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good telephone etiquette, polite and professional approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software (IDS/Opera knowledge is an advantage).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet sales targets.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-centric attitude.
