
Assistant Company Secretary

A **Company Secretary Assistant** plays a supportive role in ensuring a company complies with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. This role involves working closely with the **Company Secretary** and other senior staff. It combines **administrative**, **legal**, and **compliance** duties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in preparing agendas, notices, and minutes for board meetings, AGMs, and committee meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers and records (e.g., register of members, directors, and charges).
- Help prepare and file statutory returns with regulatory authorities (e.g., ROC, Companies House).
- **Compliance & Filing**:
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and ensure compliance.
- Assist in drafting and filing necessary documents (like annual returns, resolutions, forms).
- Ensure timely filing of compliance reports with authorities such as SEBI, MCA, or FCA.
- **Document Management**:
- Organize and maintain company records and legal documents.
- Help in drafting corporate documents such as board resolutions, shareholder communications, etc.
- **Communication**:
- Liaise with stakeholders such as directors, auditors, regulatory bodies, and shareholders.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure follow-up on action points.
- **Corporate Governance Support**:
- Help implement corporate governance practices and ethics codes.
- Maintain records related to shareholding, transfers, and dividends.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
