Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and committed HR Executive to support our HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee relations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.
- Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation.
- Assist in statutory compliance such as ESI, PF, and labor law requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Help in maintaining muster roll, service registers, and other HR reports.
- Coordinate with employees and management for smooth HR operations.
- Provide day-to-day support to the HR department as required.
Requirements
- Qualification: MBA (HR specialization preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).
- Good knowledge of MS Office; exposure to HR software is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹16,500 per month
