Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Executive to join our team at Idukki. As a Junior-level professional, you will contribute to various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within our client organizations. This full-time role requires individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience in human resources, offering an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your career in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems to manage employee data and streamline HR processes effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Experienced in implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in competitive job markets (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledgeable in using employee engagement tools to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Familiar with developing diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workplace culture.
  • Expertise in compensation and benefits structuring to design competitive and equitable employee packages.
  • Adept at ensuring labor law compliance with an understanding of relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Capable of planning for succession to ensure organizational continuity and leadership development.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal standards.
  • Support performance management through appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
  • Conduct training and development activities to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and address any issues related to workplace conditions and relations.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration effectively to maintain employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in organizational change efforts to improve efficiency and foster a positive work environment.
