_**Scope and Purpose of Role**:_

The job responsibilities would include managing customer queries, providing product information and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The person would also handle order processing, address complaints and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Knowledge of pharma products and excellent communication skills are essential.

Additionally, maintaining accurate records and staying updated on industry developments would be part of the job role.

- Raise invoices on the system and communicate to relevant customers and

departments.
- Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and professionally,

maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
- Manage communication with Third-party Warehouse, ensuring that all deliveries are

completed on time and in full.
- Keep track of any delayed or failed deliveries, customer complaints, and queries,

ensuring that these are escalated to the relevant departments for resolution.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management.
- **Requirements**:_
- Understanding of Pharmaceutical products and terminology to effectively communicate with customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for dealing with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze customer issues, troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Ability to empathize with customers’ concerns and demonstrate patience in resolving issues.
- Work effectively with cross-functional team including Sales, Business Development, Finance and Supply Chain.
- Strong Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Graduate in any Stream.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
