Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role primarily involves handling customer calls and providing software training to clients. You will receive comprehensive training on our software solutions, equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to train and support our clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
**1. Customer Assistance**:
- Attend incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding the software.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any client issues promptly.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions to enhance client satisfaction
**2.** **Software Training for Customers**:
- Conduct training sessions (online or via call) for customers to help them understand and effectively use the software.
- Guide clients through key features, functionalities, and best practices for using the software.
- Address and clarify customer queries during training sessions, ensuring a thorough understanding of the software.
**3. Internal Training and Learning**:
- Undergo an initial training program provided by the company to gain in-depth knowledge of the software.
- Stay updated with software updates, new features, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise.
**4. Documentation and Reporting**:
- Document customer interactions and keep records of each training session.
- Report recurring issues or customer feedback to the product or support team to assist with software improvements.
Key Requirements:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant field.
- **Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
