Bachelors / 3-4 years

**Skills Required**:
1. Experience in handling critical elements of:
a. **Quoting Process** which includes Software Licensing, Renewal, New hardware & services,
OR
b. **Contract Renewals**,
OR
c. **Converting client Purchase Order into a Sales Order**
2. Ability to handle **dispute cases**
3. **Domain**: Sales and fulfillment, Order management - in Telecommunication, Manufacturing (Only related to electronics or Network devices), Hi-tech and IT industry

**List of responsibilities / activities specific to this role**
- **Perform Quality audits** to measure accuracy identifying errors and closure of transaction in specified timelines.
- Provide **feedback & coaching** to agents for errors identified during Quality checks
- Decisive in **Root Cause Analysis** and in tracing responsibility
- Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams discussing process updates and process gaps
- **Shift timing** as per APAC & AMERICAS region
- Mandatory **work from office**

**Competencies Required**
- **Good interpersonal skills** working with multiple teams & vendor organization to obtain Quotes
- **Proficient in English language** (Good at grammar & punctuations)
- Good at **excel skills** to manage data creation, data management, reporting

**Additional Points for Sourcing**
- Profiles working within **IT department (Bill of Material) of any organization**

**Exclusions**
- Profiles from Dairy industry, Hospitality, Healthcare & Insurance
- Profiles with experience in Cash Phase (like Payments, Collections Process) of O2C cycle
- Procurement executives/specialists processing orders

- Processing of volumes decided.
- Perform Quality audits to measure accuracy identifying errors and closure of transaction in specified timelines.
- Decisive in RCA and in tracing responsibility
- Determine the follow up requirements and mode of follow up
- Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement
- Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams discussing process updates and process gaps
- Must understand Business Impact of errors downstream
- Clear written & oral communication skills with internal customers.

**Salary**: From ₹38,000.00 per month
