**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 CTC per month

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales (Agriculture sector preferred)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and convert potential B2B prospects into sales leads.

Customer Engagement: Provide detailed product information, address inquiries, and offer solutions to meet business client needs.

Sales Conversion: Close deals efficiently while meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, ensuring excellent post-sale support.

Sales Reporting & Data Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze key data, and provide insights for improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Any relevant qualification with a strong agriculture background.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the agriculture sector.

Industry Knowledge: Must have knowledge of agriculture irrigation products such as spray pumps, seeders, pipes, etc.

**Skills**:Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Ability to analyze key sales data for better decision-making.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per month
