**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project alignment.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry seminars as needed.
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably in HVAC or related mechanical/electrical industries.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
