**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing and scheduling patient appointments, coordinating patient care, handling phone calls, and ensuring that medical terminology is used correctly. The role requires working in Hyderabad.

**Qualifications**
- Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
- Care Coordination and Patient Care skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

**Salary**: ₹12,258.99 - ₹25,000.00 per month
