**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **0.6 months to 2 years of experience as Education Sales.**:

- Convert the Walk-ins into admissions for the education courses we provide.
- Handling outbound calls/Inbound calls to explain the products/courses.
- Ensure meeting the sales/ revenue targets set for the branch.
- Making calls to the cold leads regularly.
- **Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions.**:

- **Strong follow-ups for generating walk-ins.**:

- Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counseling as per the timelines.

**Incentive Program Examples**:

- **Sales**: Commission-based incentives, bonuses for reaching quotas, contests, and awards.
- **Customer Loyalty**: Points-based reward systems, referral bonuses, and exclusive promotions.
- **Employee Performance**: Recognition programs, financial bonuses for meeting goals, team-based rewards, and non-monetary perks like travel or gifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
