Job Summary
- Counselling & Career Guidance: Provide detailed and customized counselling sessions to prospective students,helping them choose the right program based on their career goals.
- Admissions Target Ownership: Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by converting inquiries intoadmissions through effective follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Team Coordination & Mentoring: Guide junior counsellors, assist in team training, and ensure quality communicationstandards are maintained across all counselling interactions.
- CRM & Reporting: Manage leads in the CRM system, track conversion progress, and share timelyreports with the management.
- Walk-in & Call Handling: Manage both walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally, ensuring a high levelof customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence & Feedback: Collect feedback from students, monitor competition, and share insights to help improve course offerings and marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in educational counselling, sales, or admissions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Strong convincing ability and target-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication and confidence can also apply.
