ArtEastri is a growing handcrafted fashion and lifestyle brand working with artisans across Eastern India. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven **Sales Executive & CRM** to handle lead conversion, customer communication, and post-sale engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound cold calls** to potential customers and B2B leads from platforms like **IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.**:

- Convert inquiries into **qualified leads and confirmed orders**.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and handle CRM follow-ups.
- Update lead status, feedback, and conversions in the sales tracker.
- Understand product details (handloom fabrics, sarees, dupattas, stoles, etc.) to explain features confidently.
- Meet and exceed monthly **sales and conversion targets**.

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of sales or telecalling experience (preferably in têxtiles, fashion, or B2B sales)
Excellent **communication skills** in **English, Hindi, and Bengali / regional languages**
Confident, persuasive, and **target-oriented** personality
Basic computer and CRM handling skills
Passion for fabrics, fashion, and handcrafted products is a plus
