**Job Title: Automobile sales / customer services executive**
**Designation: Appointment Booking/ Customer Executive**
**Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560066**
**Experience: 0 to 3 years (Preferably with Tele sales background in Automobile industry)**
**Language Requirements:
- Good English, Hindi & Kannada**
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational/fixed week off, excluding Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Tele Callers to book appointments for car service, new car sales test drives, and car insurance renewals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to customers to book appointments
- Convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure mínimal errors in communication
- Articulate effectively with customers
**Requirements**:
- Quick learner with ability to grasp new systems and processes
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Demonstrates flair for helping and servicing clients
- Active listening, empathy, and patience
- Ability to work 6 days with 1 rotational week off
- Willingness to work from office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented and target-driven
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,404.45 - ₹25,000.00 per month
