Event Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring all details align with client expectations and company standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements.
- Create detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best services and rates.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, catering, audio-visual equipment, and décor.
- Manage event staff, including coordination with on-site teams, volunteers, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements run smoothly.
- Handle and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback to continuously improve future events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
