**Job Brief**: We are looking for a **Content/Event Operations Executive** to plan, direct, and coordinate app event operations and Revenue growth for our app.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and implement operations events
- Write event planning documents according to the deadline and marketing requirements.
- Harmonize with R&D to execute events according to the plan
- Conducting statistical analysis of in-app events planned by the operations team
- Proposing technical feedback
- Understanding user in-app behavior
- Performing post-event analysis and reporting on it to teammates to bring about progress in in-app operations
- Develop and execute strategic in-app event/competition campaigns aligned with target revenue and user engagement goals.
- Design compelling gamification mechanics—such as leaderboards, point systems, challenges—to motivate repeated engagement and in-app purchases.
- Implement events/campaign strategies and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA) to develop and integrate event/campaign elements (UI/UX, notifications, payment flows) seamlessly into the app.
- Conduct competitive analysis and analyze user insights to identify target segments, preferences, and behaviors that drive competition participation.
- Track events/campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for events/campaign optimization and future improvements.
- Prepare and present events/campaign reports highlighting key findings, ROI, and recommendations to stakeholders.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in campaign management, app marketing, or user activation roles.
- Strong analytical, project management, and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, tracking mechanisms, and user engagement metrics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced digital environment.
