**Job Purpose**

As a Global Account Manager, the Purpose of the Job is that of a thread that helps converge all critical Functions within Payments for synergized complete Ecosystem creation offerings, faster Turnarounds and more strategic and monitored Actionable / Objectives that are reviewable with time lines across converged approaches largely on Acquiring, Issuance, IFB & Banking. Also Help the Payment Solutions Business Functions to leverage strengths of other Inter Bank Businesses viz (WBG, RBB, Auto etc) both on the consumer & wholesale side. This role also is created to identify, analyze & plan actionables resulting in Work streams to ring fence the critical/Too important to loose accounts. This role should also lead to ideation and execution of Best Practices, Process redesign, keeping the End customer experience in Mind, that gets reflected in the wallet share of the Payment Solutions Products and also of the Bank, leveraged using Payments relationship

**Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 - 8 Areas**

**Actionable (4-6)**

Strategic Account Development
- Action on evolving/Growing list of impacting/Focus accounts by cross selling Multiple products of the bank.
- Converged/One Sale Commandment in every interaction, and Grow the Product Holding ratio of the Global accounts.
- Ailing stake holders across All Core Functions/Businesses, on identified Work streams in the identified accounts.
- Be the thread and unifying force that brings speed to scheduled and timeline based actionable, Corporate Meetings, Addressal of Problem statements, Solutioning with quick Turn Around
- Periodic Reviews/Status checks on the status of the planned deepening & widening
- Ideation execution for newer Ecosystem creations. New Use cases, Market firsts

Competition Analysis & Implementation
- Wallet share to overall, Account wise & granularof Best Practices, basis Evolving/Dynamic Macros

Store/Branch/Location/Geography/Segment wise
- Cutting flab/Extra legs on Processes, Weaving Technology for enabling both man & machine
- Communication to the FH/NSH Teams to enable Strategy tweaking to be developed and with constant interval revisits, based on changes in market trends / change in economy which would influence

business/Incremental
- Inter Bank Engagement
- Institutionalized Process for working with high inter dependency Business Groups viz WBG, RBB, Retail Assets etc
- End result setting with periodic Update/Review timelines for Cohesive Functioning/One Sale
- Aim to impact/increment both sides - Not just Payment Solutions Portfolio
- Customer Experience & Business Profitability
- Mailed/Link/Interaction Based tools for large customers for assessing Their Happiness Levels with our Products & Service, something similar to NPS (Net Promoter Score)
- Account by Account - Periodic
