**We’re Hiring: Sales Associate | EC Safetrade Solutions**
- Location_: On-site - 236-f Nageshwar Road, Garhi cantt, Dehradun.

EC Safetrade Solutions is a growing e-commerce service provider, helping brands and businesses scale across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, eBay, Etsy, and many more.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in the e-commerce industry.

**Key responsibilities**
- Handle fresh client calls and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Explain company services clearly to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to fulfill client requirements.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Keep records of calls, leads, and customer data.
- Provide timely updates and reports to management interactions.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (speaking is essential)
- Ability to work on-site in Dehradun
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a client-first mindset
- Basic knowledge of sales or customer handling (preferred, not mandatory)

**What We Offer**:
