**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Support**
- Help with **lead follow-ups**, **client communication**, and **meeting scheduling**:

- Maintain and update **CRM** systems
- Prepare **presentations**, **proposals**, and **client reports**

**Sales Strategy & Analysis**
- Work with senior team to plan and implement **sales strategies**:

- Analyze **sales reports**, **KPIs**, and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with **digital marketing teams** for lead generation

**Client Management**
- Help onboard new clients and maintain regular follow-ups
- Solve minor issues and escalate major concerns when needed

**Event Support**
- Support in organizing **expos**, **industry events**, and **networking meets**:

- Ensure timely delivery of **event materials**

**Admin Work**
- Manage **sales documents**, **contracts**, and **follow-up schedules**:

- Ensure all **reports** and KPIs are submitted on time

**Key Skills Required**

Strong **communication** and **interpersonal skills**
Good at **MS Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of **CRM tools**
Able to **multi-task** and **prioritize work**
Team player with an **analytical mindset**

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
