**Position Overview**: As a Client Servicing and Project Management Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while managing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while fostering strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively communicate project updates and address client inquiries.
- **Project Management**:

- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, manage risks, and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for clients and management.
- Analyze project outcomes and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1.5+ years of experience in client servicing or project management, preferably in Service industry, digital marketing agency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mentality.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
