**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients.
Ø Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide solutions to address them.
Ø Ensure clients receive a high level of service and support.
Ø Achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ø Serve as a liaison between the client and various internal departments within the organization.
Ø Ensure effective communication and coordination to meet client needs.
Ø Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly.
Ø Interview line up Co=ordination with client
Ø Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Ø Keep accurate records of client interactions and activities.

**Qualification and Skills**:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Ø Years of experience in key account management, client management, or a related role, preferably in a consultancy or similar industry.
Ø Proven track record of effectively managing key client relationships and driving account growth.
Ø Strong understanding of consultancy services and the ability to communicate their value to clients.
Ø Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ø Proficiency in Hubspot software and account management tools.
Ø Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
