**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing client calls, and providing regular project updates.
- Coordinate project schedules, ensuring all tasks are on track and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in social media, SEO, design, content, and analytics to execute and manage marketing campaigns.
- Develop project briefs and proposals to align with client expectations and project goals.
- Monitor project budgets, prepare expenditure reports, and share insights with management.
- Conduct research and analysis to support campaign strategies and client activities.
- Schedule and lead client meetings, presenting project progress, insights, and results.
- Maintain detailed project documentation for tracking, reporting, and evaluation purposes.
- Utilize project management tools to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, ideally in a digital marketing environment.
- Proficient in project management tools, with a strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage timelines in a fast-paced setting.
