IT Project Coordinator for Digital Marketing

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
- Organize and oversee project schedules to guarantee that all deliverables are completed on time.
- Work together with internal teams in charge of social media, SEO, design, content, and SEO to carry out marketing initiatives and strategies.
- Assist in the development of project briefs and proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular reports to management.
- To assist with campaign strategy and client activities, do analysis and research.
- Facilitate regular client meetings and presentations, showcasing project progress and results.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for tracking and evaluation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
