We are looking for an organized and proactive **Project Coordinator** with **1-3 years of experience** to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables**.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketers, etc.) to ensure task alignment.
- Monitor project progress and **update timelines, task lists, and status reports**.
- Schedule and participate in meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure documentation (project briefs, SOPs, contracts, reports) is up to date and organized.
- Communicate with clients/stakeholders to **gather requirements and provide regular updates**.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp) to manage task assignments.
- Identify and resolve potential roadblocks or delays early.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience as a **Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager**, or similar role.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**.
- Strong organizational and **time management skills**.
- Familiarity with **MS Office / Google Workspace** (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to **multitask** and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working in **IT, software, digital marketing, or design agencies**.
- Knowledge of **Agile/Scrum** methodologies.
- Basic understanding of tech or marketing terminology.
- PMP/CAPM or similar certification (not mandatory, but a plus).

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related fields.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
