We are hiring for the role of Project Coordinator(Digital Marketing) to join our team.

She/He will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various projects including client handling. Should be able to manage and deliver the project's digital life-cycle within quality, time, and requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Work on improving the quality of online content, brand awareness, and reach of the company's social media channels and digital marketing channels.
- Give highly creative digital marketing ideas and monitor client campaigns.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, Innovation, continuous improvement and act as a team player.
- Preparing accurate reports on the client's marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Managing employees to ensure that they are following established procedures and policies.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that operations are running smoothly.
- Reviewing reports generated by systems to ensure that all data is accurate and up to date. - Building & managing a database of prospects, customers, and resources in CRM.
- Engage with users/prospects/leads on social media including LinkedIn. - Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients as well as working with the sales team while taking steps to acquire new ones. Qualifications
- 5+ Years of overall experience is required. (Min 2+ years’ experience as Project/Operations Manager or in a lead role.) - Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and platforms with expertise in project management and process optimization.
- Experience with B2B international clients is imperative.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be willing to work in different shift timings based on different target geographies. Time Flexibility is required.
- Leadership and team management abilities with the track record of building and developing high performing teams.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
