**Shift Timings**: UK Hours (Flexible to work shifts)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about our products/services.
- Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.
- Follow communication guidelines and company policies to maintain professionalism.
- Meet or exceed customer service KPIs (response time, resolution rate, etc.).
**Requirements**:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- **UK accent or neutral accent** preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially for UK-based clients, is advantageous.
- Ability to work during UK business hours.

- Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
