**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sourcing Executive to join our real estate team. This is a **field role** focused on sourcing commercial properties, building relationships with property owners, and onboarding inventory suitable for B2B real estate requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to meet property owners and collect detailed property data.
- Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, brokers, and channel partners.
- Verify documents and ensure accurate information collection for listings.
- Collaborate with internal sales and legal teams to facilitate property onboarding.
- Regularly update CRM or internal systems with property details and sourcing activity.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing insights.
- Attend site visits with prospective clients when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- 0-1 years of experience in real estate sourcing or a field sales role (B2B preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of local property laws and documentation process.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in commercial real estate or B2B leasing.
- Local area knowledge and a good network in the real estate ecosystem.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if required for field visits).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
