**Job Title**: Accounts & Finance Executive
**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai
**Experience**: 2+ years (preferably in manufacturing)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Assist senior management in preparing and analyzing financial reports to reflect the company’s financial health.
- **Accounting Management**: Maintain accurate records of income and expenses, including preparation of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- **Tax & Compliance**: Ensure timely and accurate filing of taxes and adherence to financial regulations.
- **Purchase Order Management**: Issue and track purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- **Material Dispatch Coordination**: Oversee and document material dispatch as per internal procedures.
- **Credit Control**: Monitor customer credit accounts and ensure timely collections to reduce financial risks.
- **Banking Relations**: Maintain effective relationships with banks to support financial operations.
- **MIS Reporting**: Generate and present daily MIS reports to aid decision-making.
- **Petty Cash Handling**: Manage and record petty cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the **manufacturing sector**.
- **Experience with Zoho Books will be an added advantage**.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
