Job Description for an Accounts Executive:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive. The applicant should have complete knowledge of day-to-day accounting procedures with knowledge of GST, TDS, Provident Fund, ESIC, Professional Tax.

Qualification & Skills: Bachelor's degree in accounting/ BAF  Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level in an organization.  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.  Good experience with Tally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Bank reconciliation.  Debtors & Creditors reconciliation & follow-up for ledger verification on monthly basis.  Ledger Scrutinization of regular basis.  To handle Sales / Purchase Billings & follow up for proper cash flow with Sales team & also verification of Sales & Purchase Registers.  Preparation & Calculation &Reconciliation of GST, GST1, GST2A & GST2B, GST3B with timely filling the same & Reconciliation with GST Portal.  Monthly Payment of EPF & Profession Tax with monthly return filling for PT.  Monthly payment of TDS & TCS with proper verification.  Preparation & verifications of TDS & TCS with filling the Return and reconciliation of 26AS.  Knowledge of monthly closure of books of account and preparation of Balance sheet and Profit & Loss a/c will be advantage.  Revenue and expenditure variance analysis.  Other day to day accounting activities.  Any other accounts work as per HOD instruction.
