Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Procurement of Raw material, Packing material, forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing, track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Review quality of purchased products
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Responsible for the Purchase & Procurement activities including Quotation collection, Purchase requisition, floating enquirers, issuing PO, payment approval requisitions and follow up for materials and invoice.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

Ready to travel at least 40 - 50% in a month to various states in India.
- Managing returns and rejections professionally & promptly with suppliers.
- Travel to vendor locations for product check, during sampling and loading of the procured material.
- Coordination with various departments for the smooth flow of procurement process.

Note:

- Ready to travel at least 40 - 50% in a month to various states in India.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
