Job Description - Senior Executive - ProcurementLocation: Thane, MumbaiExperience: 3+ years in procurement or supply chain operationsAbout the Role:Senior Executive - Procurement will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and services. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to supplier management. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to meet procurement requirements while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Supplier Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing suppliers.- Evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers to support business needs.2. Procurement Operations- Obtain competitive quotes from various suppliers.- Negotiate price, quantity, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and timely delivery.- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action when necessary.3. Delivery & Inventory Coordination- Manage delivery schedules and ensure products/services are delivered on time.- Coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and avoid stockouts or delays.4.
