Our clients span FMCG, D2C, Pharma, Consumer Goods, and Large Enterprises, and our mission is to redefine operational excellence in the supply chain ecosystem.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and strategic AVP Operations to lead Edgistifys multi-client warehousing operations across regions. The role requires strong operational leadership, process excellence expertise, client management capability, and the ability to scale high-performing teams. The AVP will oversee P&L, governance, audit mechanisms, manpower, SLAs, and transitions for all assigned accounts.Candidate Profile- 1015+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations.- Experience managing multi-client or regional/national operations.- Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory management, audits, cycle counts, warehouse layouts, and productivity optimization.- Ability to build and lead large teams across multiple locations.- Strong stakeholder management experience with Founders/CXOs/Ops Heads.- Data-driven mindset with hands-on exposure to WMS, MIS dashboards, Power BI/Excel.- MBA or Graduate in Supply Chain/Operations is preferred.Key Responsibilities1. Operations Leadership- Lead and manage end-to-end operations across multiple client warehouses and regions.- Drive P&L management, cost control, capacity utilization, and productivity metrics.- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly operations governance across all accounts.2. Client Management & Relationship Building- Ensure adherence to all client SLAs, TATs, accuracy levels, and contractual KPIs.- Conduct structured review cycles Daily standups, Weekly Reviews, MBR/QBR.- Manage escalations, solution design, and operational firefighting.3. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement- Identify operational gaps and drive process optimization via Lean, Kaizen, RCA.- Drive SOP creation, compliance audits, process mapping, and workflow improvement.- Implement systems like EdgeOS/WMS enhancements across warehouses.4. Implementation & Transition Management- Lead onboarding and transition of new client accounts (0306090 days framework).- Develop layouts, manpower models, stock audit plans, and operational blueprints.- Create structured stabilization plans and ensure seamless handover to BAU operations.5. Team Leadership & Capability Building- Manage Regional Operations Managers, Warehouse Managers, KAMs, and cross-functional teams.- Build capability through training, feedback loops, and performance management.- Foster a culture of high performance, ownership, discipline, and compliance.6. Governance, Reporting & Control Mechanisms- Build and track metrics such as productivity per person, pick/hour, accuracy levels, SLA trackers, and dashboards.- Ensure audit readiness, compliance, safety, and documentation across all warehouses.- Drive real-time visibility into operational performance through MIS and control tower.Skills & Competencies- Strong leadership and stakeholder management.- Deep understanding of warehouse operations across multiple categories.- Analytical ability with strong command of numbers and dashboards.- Problem-solving, decision-making, and on-ground execution strength.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Role Details:- Working Days: Monday to Saturday- Working Hours: 10:00 am 7:00 pm- Location: Thane, MH- Salary - 15 - 20 lacs per annum + perks (ref:iimjobs.com)
