Job Description: Trainee - International Voice Process (MCom / BCom Freshers)

**Shift Timing**: 6:30 PM onwards (Evening Shift)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products/services.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain call quality and follow the company's process and guidelines.
- Support the team in achieving business goals and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and customer experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Freshers with a background in **MCom** or **BCom**.
- Strong **verbal communication skills in English** (Fluency and clarity are essential).
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Willingness to work in a **6:30 PM evening shift**.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate through systems efficiently.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the international voice process industry.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience or internship in customer service or voice process roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of international cultures and the ability to work with clients across different time zones is beneficial.
