- **Education Qualification**: Graduation (mandatory)
- **Availability**:Only Immediate Joiners**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and provide resolutions through voice support.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery while adhering to process guidelines.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
- Capability to work in a rotational shift environment.
