**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products/services.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain call quality and follow the company's process and guidelines.
- Support the team in achieving business goals and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and customer experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fresher’s with a background in Any passed out Graduates
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (Fluency and clarity are essential).
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Willingness to work in a 6:30 PM evening shift.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate through systems efficiently.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the international voice process industry.
- Willing to relocate to near office BTM
