We at Health Basix are looking for young and energetic professionals for the role of Customer Relationship Executive / Key Account Manager, Hyderabad.

Qualification: Any degree with 0-2 years experience in Customer Relationship management.

Should be willing to travel.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client On Boarding** - QC, Establishing SPOC
- **Upsell - Need identification** - Scope of new Product / Service, Problem identification, Pitching Customized Solution
- **Calendar Planning** - Dates for Set up, Seminars, Webinars
- **Data Management** - Existing Deal Value, Deal Upgrade Value, Payment Schedule, Budget for Assessment, Inventory Report, Overhead expense Report
- **Inter Department Coordination**:

- **Client Communication** - How to use Dashboard, Feedback, Testimonials, Special Requests and Official Communication
- **Renewals / Payment follow up** - Invoice Generation, Collection Follow up

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
