**JOB SUMMARY**:
Our Borewell drilling company is looking for skilled Customer relationship executive who is responsible for providing customers with service quotes, scheduling appointments, taking feedbacks and maintain a good relationship with the customer.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer queries through phone calls/directly related to borewell drilling services.
- Provide customers with accurate service quotes according to their requirement.
- Before scheduling the drilling service ensure customer got a permission for borewell drilling and then schedule a date for drilling the hole.
- Collaborate with our team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction towards our service and maintain healthy relationship with the customer.

**Must have**:

- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi and English.
- convey messages and ideas clearly to the clients.
- listen, understand, appreciate, and appropriately respond to the clients.
- Troubleshooting and resolving defects and issues in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
