**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Manage and treat patients in the casualty and ICU during the night shift.
- Perform initial assessments, stabilize patients, and provide emergency care as required.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Handle acute emergencies and initiate advanced life support when necessary.
- Coordinate with specialists for critical cases requiring intervention.
- **Monitoring and Documentation**:

- Supervise patient monitoring in ICU and maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure timely updates to family members and relay critical information to day-shift staff.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with nurses and paramedical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide guidance to junior medical staff during emergencies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- MBBS degree or FMGE.
- Proven experience in casualty and ICU management.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Willingness to commit to a long-term role.
