**Job Purpose**:
The F&B Steward is responsible for setting up the buffet for the staff cafeteria at the client site. Their primary objective is to ensure the efficient and hygienic preparation and presentation of food, contributing to a positive dining experience for the staff.

**Key Responsibilities:Buffet Setup & Service**:

- Set up and maintain the buffet area in the staff cafeteria.
- Ensure all food items are arranged neatly and replenished as needed.
- Maintain high service standards while assisting staff with their dining needs.

**Food Handling & Hygiene**:

- Ensure proper food hygiene and sanitation practices in the buffet area.
- Check the freshness and quality of food before service.
- Adhere to HACCP and Food Safety regulations.

**Cleaning & Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet area and service counters.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks and assist in dishwashing when required.
- Ensure that all equipment is in safe and working condition.

**Stock & Inventory Management**:

- Monitor food quantities and coordinate with the kitchen team to prevent shortages.
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies following safety guidelines.

**Guest Interaction & Support**:

- Greet staff courteously and provide assistance as needed.
- Address staff inquiries related to food options and dietary preferences.
- Report feedback and concerns to the Site Manager promptly.

**Additional Duties**:

- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation if required.
- Follow all health, safety, and company policies at all times.
- Perform any other Food & Beverage duties as assigned.

- Morning shift
