**Job Summary/Objective**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **New Product Development**:

- Lead the development of innovative syrups and flavors for sharbats, keeping in line with the brand's commitment to tradition and quality.
- **Manufacturing Oversight**:

- Coordinate and oversee the manufacturing process of existing products, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
- **Competition Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to stay ahead in the development of new and exciting products.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and manage rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process to guarantee the highest quality of products.
- **Team Training and Production Management**:

- Provide training to the production team, ensuring that all members are well-versed in best practices. Manage and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product development within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the food industry.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Creativity and innovation in product development.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
