Key responsibilities of a dairy lab technician:

- **Sample collection**: Collect milk and dairy product samples from production lines for analysis.
- **Laboratory testing**: Perform routine tests like pH, bacteria count, fat content, protein content, specific gravity, and presence of antibiotics on milk samples.
- **Data analysis**: Interpret test results and identify any deviations from quality standards.
- **Quality control**: Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- **Equipment maintenance**: Regularly calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy of test results.
- **Record keeping**: Maintain detailed records of test results and production data.
- **Reporting**: Communicate test results to production teams and management, highlighting any quality issues.
- **Compliance**: Stay updated on relevant food safety regulations and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during testing procedures.

Pay: From ₹11,343.21 per month
