**Job Title: Food Technologist**

**Job Overview**: As a food technologist, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing new food products and processes to meet consumer demands, industry regulations, and company objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, safety, and nutritional value of food products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Development**:

- Conduct research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in the food industry.
- Develop new food products or improve existing ones, considering factors such as taste, texture, appearance, shelf life, and nutritional content.
- Collaborate with chefs, nutritionists, and sensory experts to create recipes and formulations that meet consumer expectations.
- **Quality Assurance and Food Safety**:

- Implement and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products to assess their safety, quality, and consistency.
- Investigate and address any issues related to product quality, food safety, or regulatory compliance.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste while maintaining product quality and safety.
- Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement in food production processes.
- **Project Management**:

- Plan and manage projects related to product development, process improvement, and quality assurance, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate activities with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of experiments, test results, and project activities in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to management and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in food science, food technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, and food processing techniques.
- Experience in product development, quality assurance, or food manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, data analysis software, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
