Job Profile:
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain stringent quality control throughout the production process to ensure products meet defined standards and specifications.
- Implement and uphold food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Oversee and enhance lab operations, conducting daily product testing, microbial analysis, and ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks.
- Develop and refine testing protocols to maintain the highest standards of food safety and consistency.
- Collaborate with management on R&D projects, exploring new formulations, process improvements, and innovative dairy technologies.
- Analyze and improve production efficiency while minimizing waste.
- Lead, train, and mentor the production team.
- Maintain accurate production records and report insights to management.
