  • Product Development: Create, test, and improve food products, recipes, and formulations.
  • Quality Control & Assurance: Monitor production to ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, etc.).
  • Research & Innovation: Work on developing healthier, cost-effective, and sustainable food products.
  • Shelf-life Testing: Analyze food stability, preservation, and packaging requirements.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene: Implement safety protocols and maintain proper storage and handling practices.
  • Process Improvement: Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet government and industry standards.
  • Sensory Evaluation: Conduct taste tests and consumer trials to refine food quality.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare reports, specifications, and labels for food products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, marketing, and quality teams.

Qualifications Required

  • Educational Background:
  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
  • B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or allied disciplines.
  • Skills Needed:
  • Strong knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, and nutrition.
  • Familiarity with FSSAI guidelines and food safety regulations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Laboratory testing and product development experience.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Additional Certifications (preferred):
  • HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, or FSSAI certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
