The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in the manufacturing sector. You'll play a critical role in shaping our future by identifying and attracting top talent in manufacturing outsourcing. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of recruitment experience, specifically in technical roles within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the specific skills required in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for talent sourcing.
