**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruiting process, create and implement recruiting strategies
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruiting processes, controls and policies, Provide meaningful market data in support of client needs
- Partner with senior management, HR colleagues, and finance to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize pipelines
- Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the process for the client

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- 5+ yrs of experience with full life cycle recruiting in a fast paced corporate environment or retained firm focused on financial service
- Strong project management experience with ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches while delivering the highest level of client service
- Exceptional judgement and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
- Innovative, creative and results oriented
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong executive presence with instant credibility and gravitas, good thinker "on your feet"
