Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Identify New Business Opportunities**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Address customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
- **Sales Administration**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM software. Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials. Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A high level of self-motivation and ambition.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
